There are four different ways you can send email notifications to your people to increase engagement in the store:
- Notify them while rewarding them using the scale bar from the 'People & Budget' (for Snappy customers - 'Points') tab.
- Notify them from the 'Last Activity' box after you reward them.
- Send them email notifications as Reminders to visit the store and use their credits (points)/gifts.
- When activating the Rules (for Snappy customers - 'Automations'), your users will be automatically notified they have been rewarded with credits (points)/gifts to spend.
