There are four different ways you can send email notifications to your people to increase engagement in the store:
- Notify them while rewarding them using the scale bar from the 'People & Budget' tab.
- Notify them from the 'Last Activity' box after you rewarded them.
- Send them email notifications as Reminders to visit the store and use their credits/gifts.
- When activating the Rules, your users will be automatically notified they have been rewarded with credits/gifts to spend.
