Reminders Notifications

On the Performance tab (for Snappy customers - Activity tab) in the 'Send Reminders' section see how many people:

• • Didn't login to the store
  • Didn't order in store. Logged in, but have not yet purchased.
  • Made a partial order. Made a partial order and still have some remaining balance to spend

  • Made a full order. Spent all their credits (for Snappy customers - points)/ gifts.

Activate and send automatic Reminder notifications to each group by clicking on the paper airplane icon. 

• • Preview the email template by using the 'Send me a test email' function.
  • Adjust the frequency of the notifications, by clicking on the three dots located on the top right side and selecting your preferred frequency.
    • As people move from one section to another, the reminders will change accordingly. 
  • Click on 'Download list' to see who is in that phase and will get an email when you activate the Reminders.
