On the Performance tab (for Snappy customers - Activity tab) in the 'Send Reminders' section see how many people:

- Didn't login to the store
- Didn't order in store. Logged in, but have not yet purchased.
- Made a partial order. Made a partial order and still have some remaining balance to spend

Made a full order. Spent all their credits (for Snappy customers - points)/ gifts.
Activate and send automatic Reminder notifications to each group by clicking on the paper airplane icon.

- Preview the email template by using the 'Send me a test email' function.
- Adjust the frequency of the notifications, by clicking on the three dots located on the top right side and selecting your preferred frequency.
- As people move from one section to another, the reminders will change accordingly.
- Click on 'Download list' to see who is in that phase and will get an email when you activate the Reminders.
Look at the conversion numbers to see how the reminders have helped!
