How do I know how much money I will spend per year on each rule (automation)?

The 'Credits per year' (for Snappy customers - points per year) spending is the calculation of the number of people multiplied by the number of credits (points) that will be rewarded.

Credits (points) per year spending =  # of people X Credits (points).

See the total budget per rule in the 'Credits per year' (points per year) column. 

Note: The '# of people' column on the Onboarding rule is determined by the number of people you manually enter and not according to the user list (this is only for your internal use).

*IMPORTANT: The rules will stop running when you deactivate them or when you run out of credits.
