Deactivate a rule (automation)

To deactivate a rule (for Snappy customers - automation)

1. Click on 'Edit' located at the top of the page. For Snappy customers, click on 'Edit Automation'.
2. Slide the toggle to switch the rule to 'Inactive'.
3. Once you have made the necessary changes, click on 'Save' to ensure that your changes are saved and the rule (automation) is successfully deactivated.
