*IMPORTANT: Only 'Gift Stores' can be connected to HubSpot, and you can only connect one store among all the available Gift Stores associated with your company.
1. Installing the Covver app

Note: the person installing the app in HubSpot must be the admin in the store.
- Enter the Covver dashboard, and click on 'Your Stores' on the left side of the screen.
- Locate the store to integrate with HubSpot and hover over and click on the 'CRM' button.
The person installing the app should be the admin in the store, otherwise, the store will not be associated with your HubSpot. - Choose your account.
- Click on 'Connect app'.
- You will be redirected to an informational page, just go back to your HubSpot account.
- To check if the installation was successful, click on the house icon in the top right corner.
- You will see the Covver app connected.
2. Rewarding\ withdrawing gifts for a contact

- On HubSpot go to 'Contacts'.
- On the right half of the screen, you will see the contact card. Scroll down till you see 'Covver reward' card.
- You can see the details for this contact - his current balance, last reward date, and the link to the Covver store.
- Click on 'Actions'.
- Choose 'Reward a gift', or 'Withdraw all gifts'.
3. Creating workflows

- On HubSpot go to 'Contacts'.
- Go to 'Workflows'.
- Add New action.
- On the right half of the screen, scroll down to Covver and choose the action you want (add or withdraw gift).
- Don’t forget to add an action that notifies the contact about your action.
