The Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Feature

The Peer-to-Peer (P2P) feature enables colleagues and community members to express appreciation to one another by sharing credits with each other.

Once active, the people in the store can share credits with each other along with a personalized note, providing a meaningful way to acknowledge someone's contributions and show gratitude.

*IMPORTANT: The P2P feature is only available for Credit Stores.

Setting Up the P2P Feature:

1. Access your store's dashboard.
2. Navigate to the "Customize" tab.
3. Click on "Advanced settings".
4. Select the option "Credit exchange between people".
5. Click "Save to store".
