The platform works on a pay-as-you-go model, therefore, to activate the store you need to add a payment method.
To add a payment method:
- Enter the dashboard of your store
- Go to 'Settings'
- Choose your preferred option between 'Credit Card' or 'ACH'
Please make sure to enter your company's legal name, this information will be used when creating your invoices and other financial documentation. - Setting a payment method as default - If you have added more than a single card to your account, you will need to set the required method to be the default one-

- Go to the Stipe portal of your account, Available from the dashboard "Setting" screen
- Select the three dots beside the required method
- Select the "Make default" option
- Make sure the "Default" text appears for the new selected method
- Go to the Stipe portal of your account, Available from the dashboard "Setting" screen
For Snappy customers - there is no need to add a payment method, you will receive an invoice for the reoccurring payments to your email.
