Editing the Designs & Adding New Logos

Print area

The red dotted area is equal to the print area, therefore, all edits must be done within this area. Any element placed outside the red-dotted area, will not be printed on the final product.

Use the 'Live Preview' window to visualize how the final design will look on the product.

Layers

The left side menu of the editing page is displaying the different logos or graphics of the design. These are arranged per layer - the first item listed is the top layer of the design. 

Rearranging layers

The layers can be rearranged by hovering the mouse on the left side of each line and moving them in order of preference. This will be reflected in the product's design. 

In the example below: 'Layer 2' was rearranged and now shows on top of 'Layer 1'.

To remove/hide a layer

If you wish to remove/hide a layer (logo, graphic element, or text) from the design:

1. On the left side menu, locate the layer that is wished to be removed and click on the 'eye' to remove it.
2. To bring it back, simply click on the 'eye' again. 

To copy a layer/element

1. Click on the copy icon next to the 'eye' to duplicate a layer. 

To add a new logo, graphic, or text

Adding new logos:

1. On the layers menu, click on '+ Add'
2. Click on 'Logo'
3. Click on 'Upload new'
4. From your computer, select a PNG, JPEG, JPG or SVG file (SVG is the recommended format)
5. The new logo will be added to the layers of the design. 
6. If one of the uploaded elements are in low-resolution a warning message will appear - please replace the element otherwise the product will not be available in the store.

Adding new graphics:

1. On the left side menu, click on '+ Add'
2. Click on 'Graphic'
   a) Choose from the pre-loaded 'AI designs' or,
   b) From 'Your Uploads':
   1. Click on 'Upload new'
   2. From your computer, select a PNG, JPEG, JPG or SVG file (SVG is the recommended format)
   3. The new logo will be added to the layers of the design. 

Adding text:

1. On the left side menu, click on '+ Add'
2. Select 'Text'
3. A new layer be created.
   1. To edit the text, type your preferred text from the layers tab (not from the editing space).
   2. Click on the font name to change it.
   3. Change the color of the font by clicking on the colored circle.

To resize the elements of the layer (logo, graphic, or text)

To change the size of the layer:

1. On the editing space, click on the element that is wished to be resized.
2. Click, hold, and drag from the corner to resize, or the top square to rotate.

Low-resolution elements warning:

When uploading a new element (logo or graphic) it must be of high resolution. When resizing the element, generally to a bigger size, a note will show if it's resolution has changed to low . When this happens, it is required to upload a higher-quality element, otherwise the product will not be available in the store.

Non-CMYK warning:

As your designs will be printed, the file colors must be in the CMYK colors range. In case an image was uploaded with non-CMYK color - a warning message will be displayed on the product. To resolve this issue - please upload a new image with a CMYK color.

Moving/rearranging the elements

To move and rearrange the elements within the design, simply hover over the element that is wished to be moved and drag it to the preferred area.
