Reminders Notifications

On the Performance Tab in the 'Send Reminders' section see how many people:

• • Didn't log in to the store (No Login)
  • Logged in, but have not yet purchased (No Order)
  • Made partial orders and still have some remaining balance to spend (Partial order)
  • Spent all their credits (Full order)

Activate and send automatic Reminder notifications to each group by clicking on the paper airplane icon. 

• • Preview the email template by using the 'Send me a test email' function.
  • Adjust the frequency of the notifications, by clicking on the three dots located on the top right side and selecting your preferred frequency.
    • As people move from one section to another, the reminders will change accordingly. 
  • Click on 'Download list' to see who is in that phase and will get an email when you activate the Reminders.

Look at the conversion numbers to see how the reminders have helped!
