Pre-Paid Credits
If you have remaining pre-paid credits, they will be displayed in the pre-paid box. Otherwise, since you have joined a pay-as-you-go model, no credits will be shown.
Budget
After you've rewarded credits/ gifts to people, go to the 'People & Budget' tab to see the total amount of credits/ gifts available for them to spend. Look for the 'Budget'/ 'Gifts' column to find this information.
Spent Amount
To see how many credits have already been spent, refer to the 'Spent' column on the same tab. This amount may also include the user's personal credit card spending.
Removing Credits
When an employee is removed from the platform or when credits are withdrawn from wallets, those credits do not return to your company account. Our system works on a pay-as-you-go model, meaning you are only billed once credits are actually used to place an order. Until then, the credits are considered virtual and not deducted from or refunded to your account.
