To remove a selected user's profile from the 'People & Budget' tab (when not using an HRIS)
- Start by selecting the user you wish to delete from the list of users.
- Locate the three dots button on the right side of the selected line.
- Click on the three dots button to open the profile.
- Click on 'Remove profile'.
- Click on 'Remove' to save changes.
To remove all user profiles from the 'People & Budget' tab (when not using an HRIS)
- Start by checking the "All" box located on the top left of the table. This will select all users in the system.

- If you only wish to select specific users, hold down the Ctrl/Command key + click on the desired users. This will select those specific users without selecting all users in the system.

- Click on the three dots button located on the top right of the table. This will open a drop-down menu of options.
- From the drop-down menu, click on 'Remove profiles' to initiate the process of removing the selected user profiles from the dashboard.
By following these steps, you will be able to remove the user profiles you have selected from the system, either by selecting all users or specific users.
To remove user profiles when using an HRIS Integration
If you are using an HRIS integration to manage your user list, it is important to make all changes to the user list (excluding credit changes) through the HRIS system and not through the Admin Dashboard. Failure to do so will result in these changes not being saved.
