Using the Peer-to-Peer Feature

Showing appreciation to your colleagues and friends is important, and with our new peer-to-peer feature, it’s easier than ever!

Just click the ‘Share your love’ button in your space, choose a friend, and send them credits with a personal note. It’s a simple way to let someone know you value their contributions.

For those who really want to stand out, be sure to turn on ‘Master mode’ in the top right of your space. In addition to a small crown icon on your thumbnail, you’ll always appear first in any peer-to-peer searches, increasing the chances that you’ll receive credits from others.

Our activity feed also helps you keep track of all your credits and thank-yous. See who gave you credits, who said thanks, and to whom you’ve sent some love. You can also see if your company rewarded you with credits or gifts.

It’s a transparent way to see the appreciation that’s flowing between you and your friends and colleagues, as well as any rewards you may have earned from your company.
