Withdrawing ALL credits (points)/gifts from users

To withdraw ALL credits (for Snappy customers - points)/gifts from users from the Dashboard

1. Check the 'All' box on the top left of the table.
   (To select more than one user, hold down the Ctrl/Command key + click on the desired users.)
2. Locate the three dots button on the right side of the table.
3. Click on the three dots button.
4. Click on the 'Add/Withdraw' option.
5. Check the 'Withdraw all' box.
6. Click 'Save' when finished.

*IMPORTANT: This will NOT notify the people their credits (points)/gifts have been removed, they will be able to see this in their space.

** If you are connected to HubSpot, withdrawing gifts should be done directly from HubSpot and not the dashboard.
